The hotel has a nice pool and rooms, and the food is okay. the location seems convenient and provides some comfort. the bathroom was clean and tidy, and the view was decent. the service was not impeccable, and the staff seemed quite unprofessional. Despite these downsides, the guests could have enjoyed their stay due to the facilities and room advantages.

There was a negative occurrence experienced by the guests. the staff accused one of the kids of defecating in the pool, which was mortifying and disappointing for the family.

the room was spacious and comfortable to stay in for a couple of nights. the food served at the hotel restaurant was satisfactory. It was also well-priced and conveniently situated in a key location.

We had an unpleasant experience with one of the members of staff who accused one of our kids of pooping in the pool. We were shocked and disappointed by the unprofessional behavior of the staff.

The pool was definitely the best aspect of our stay, it was clean and refreshing which made us forget the burning sun. They also have a variety of food that we enjoyed and it was reasonably priced. The room was clean and spacious and had a good view which made our stay memorable. the hotel is located in a convenient location close to many attractions that we were able to visit without any hassle.

Our stay was totally ruined by the extremely unprofessional staff who accused our kids of something they didn't even do. They even had the nerve to show us the poop at the reception, making an already uncomfortable situation even worse.

The pool and room were lovely, and the staff were friendly. I also found the location to be convenient and easily accessible. Breakfast was satisfactory.
